The VELA is a very efficient way to either learn more or review the knowledge you already have. A great mixture of practical webinars together with case studies and tutorials - all overlaid with efficient administration.

I have been looking for a course like this for a long time. I read Employment Law books and this course has helped to bring my knowledge together. I would recommend going on (at least) the Premium package. I went back and watched the recordings again. I plan to do this in the future if I have any situations which come up at work! I have really enjoyed the VELA, it’s been years since I studied for my CIPD and I have been managing with the odd webinar and legal briefing when things changed. This was a great way to do a very thorough refresher (and update) for me. It was pitched at the right level for me as an experienced HR professional and delivered in a way that translated how the laws actually apply in everyday practice.

The VELA provided me with information that I didn't know I didn't know. I've used resources created and run by Daniel Barnett for a couple of years now and would highly recommend to any HR professional/TU Rep. He manages to deliver information at such a level and in such a style that makes it easy to absorb and retain plus the handouts make for great guides to refer back to.
